I'm definitely logged in, but there's never been an edit or delete button for me.

Hm... Maybe if you screen cap your post and show it here, it would be easier to figure it out?

No. I have all the happy edit/delete options... I've been trying to go through settings to see if there was a way for a member to accidentally turn it off, but I'm not finding anything... I'm an admin on a role-play site, and admins have the ability to grant specific permissions to people... It's forumotion, though, and I don't know if proboards does its stuff differently.
If it's anything similar, an admin may need to go into the "administrate user" portion (for forumotion, the link is found at the bottom of an individual's profile) and see if something was accidentally messed with... Otherwise... I have no clue... I've never heard of this happening, and since it's not forumotion, I have no idea how to really trouble-shoot this.

Hmm.. I had a thought.. is there a thread where one can discuss crossover pairings from all forms of media? Like Doctor Who and A:tLa, for example? or Wholock?

You can create that thread in the Multimedia board if you'd like.

I've seen this on several forums for fanfiction, and I was thinking we could use it for both fanfiction and fanart. It's called a Review Tag (or in the case of fanart if can be titled the Critique Tag). How it works: 1. Visit the profile of the poster above you (the poster should provide a link where you can read his/her fanfiction) and choose to read ONE of his/her stories (a one-shot or one chapter of a longer fic) and review it. The review itself should be constructive (but polite), as this activity is not about increasing review counts. 2. Come back to the Review Tag thread and reply with a link to the story you reviewed. (e.g. I reviewed Kim's " Turtle Duck" from Sun and Moon.) 3. The next person will review the poster above (e.g. I reviewed Lia's A Matter of Appearances.), and so on. 4. In order to prevent confusion, posters should have their profile where they keep their fanfiction linked on their posts. This can be done by either having that link as your homepage on your profile or post the link to your profile below you review tag. The same can be done with art by creating another thread.
