There's so many to choose from but what would be your favorite out of them all?

One of my favorite manga of all time is the Violinist of Hameln. It's roaringly funny yet heartbreakingly dramatic in all the right places. If you enjoy fantasy and copious amounts of unashamed silliness, I'd recommend you give it a read. It's an experience, I guarantee it.

Well, for a long time I kept up with the standard shonen trio: Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece. Bleach I dropped because it was getting freaking tiresome. Naruto has its ups and downs but on the whole I think it's been a pretty interesting story. I'm looking forward to it ending soon though, lol. One Piece has been consistently great (not perfect by any means as I have issues with the way the female characters are sometimes portrayed), and I look forward to another decade of amazing adventure from Oda.
Some others greats I've discovered: Vinland Saga and Vagabond. Both are mature series (seinen), and omfg they are AMAZING.
Vinland Saga is, you guessed it, a historic manga about Vikings. There's a lot of fighting and gore and behind it all is some magnificent storytelling and character development. It's a monthly series, so it moves kinda slowly, heh.
Vagabond is a fictionalized version of Miyamoto Musashi's life. It's by Takehiko Inoue, so the art is the some of the most gorgeous you will ever see anywhere, period. Lots of fighting and war and introspection and philosophy. Again, the character development is astounding. Also monthly.
And one last one that I've discovered recently, a Korean manwha: Noblesse. It's freaking hilarious, with lots of awesome fight scenes and gorgeous art (in color, every week, gah!) It may seem weird and totally unbelievable at first (when you meet Franky you'll see what I mean, lol, you just have to take some things with a grain of salt and discover what they really mean later) but please keep with it, the quirky humor and characterization will draw you in (at least it did with me).
Oh, and another that I almost forgot about: Death Note. Except after the thing with L (trying to avoid spoilers lol), I gave up on it, because noooo. Should I go back and finish it?

I love One Piece as well. It's such a fun adventure and there are so many crazy things happening in Oda's head. I also have an occasional issue with the way the females are portrayed, but mostly they're strong and confident, and I really like that. Nami is my Brah.
Have you seen the None Piece parodies on youtube? Effing brilliant.

With One Piece, I love how the story and characters and art has evolved over the years. It started off being pretty simple but then just kept getting better and better...
As for the female characters - I agree that the female Strawhats are amazing. Nami took a while to grow on me because of her conniving ways lol, but now I love her as much as the rest. And I was definitely suspicious of Robin at first but of course Ennies Lobby cleared all that up. Now she's my fav female character. What a classy lady.
I haven't seen None Piece, I'll be be sure to check it out XD

Personally, I'm a fan of Ranma 1/2 - the story of a 16-year old boy who, as a result of an accident during a martial arts training journey, is cursed to become a girl when splashed with cold water (but changes back into a boy when splashed with hot water).

My favourite manga of all time is, without a doubt, Eyeshield 21. Now let me start by saying that I don't like sports - at all - but I love this series to death. The character development is the best I've seen in any series, because ALL of the characters develop, not just a chosen few. And each character has such a strong and unique personality, to mistake them for any other character would be impossible. About the manga:Type: Shonen Genre: Mostly action and comedy. Length: 37 volumes (333 chapters) Status: Complete! The manga is about Sena Kobayakawa, a weak and non-assertive boy who just started his first year at Deimon High School. He only had one friend at this point, a girl called Mamori Anezaki, who he grew up with and looks to as an older sister. She's a very motherly type of girl, and always does her best to protect him from bullies (kind of like how Katara protects Aang from getting hurt, only Sena and Mamori's relationship stays non-romantic, thank goodness). Anyway, when Mamori isn't around, people often use him an an errand boy. He didn't fight or argue because he doesn't want to get beat up, so he does the errands and hopes for the best. It's thanks to years of running - for and from others - that he built up a fast pair of legs. His speed and agility at dodging bullies was soon noticed by Youichi Hiruma, a Second Year who was Captain and Quarterback to the American Football club. He decided then and there that he wanted Sena as a Running Back for his team, the Deimon Devil Bats. Hiruma isn't the type to ask or request others of things, however. So as soon as he got Sena alone, he tied him up, dragged him to the Football Club and held him at gun-point; not letting him leave until he agreed to join the club. Sena, of course, readily accepted the crazy proposition. Who wouldn't if they had a gun waved in front of their face? XD And so began the journey of Sena Kobayakawa, who gradually goes from a scared little boy to a determined young man during the 333 chapters of this brilliant manga. <3 Here's a music video to get inspired: www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=KRmpjV4G4KE

EYESHIELD 21 AHHHH!! Omg I can't believe I forgot this one! I was a HUGE fan of this!!! The action, the comedy, the amazing characters (for the record, Hiruma is my favorite, kekekeke) asdfkahsdkfhakdf Then there was a period between major arcs where the story slowed down a bit and I stopped keeping up with it. But it's COMPLETE?! Ok, putting it on my growing reread-and-finish list, along with Inuyasha
